Susan Jones, MSW, has over 20 years of experience in the Washington, D.C. area helping young people navigate transitions between college and careers. Her therapeutic background makes her well suited to enabling students to overcome whatever obstacles they may encounter in their career search. She believes that the process of finding what you are meant to do professionally can and should be both enjoyable and informative for the job seeker. Susan received her bachelor’s degree from Cornell University and her Master’s of Social Work from New York University. Her greatest expertise comes in her ability to light that flame of excitement and possibility in her clients.

Jeannie has a wealth of knowledge working in career services and currently heads up the career advisement team for the largest AACSB-accredited business school in the U.S. Jeannie has been quoted and featured in a variety of media outlets for her expertise in career development. Prior to career services, she worked in marketing and grew up in a family business learning early on the importance of finding and doing what you love. She is certified to administer the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator and earned her MBA from Hofstra University. Her clients find her to be smart, compassionate, and easy to talk to, which results in a positive experience for those who work with her.
